Join our XPress 2 XCEL Weekly Group Sessions at Siloam Trauma & Well, a closed, trauma-informed psychoeducation group designed for adolescents and adults. Over 8 weeks, participants will engage in expressive arts activities that promote skill building to alleviate symptoms of anger, depression, and anxiety, while deepening their understanding of trauma’s impact on their lives. Experience healing through creativity and community, and build protective factors essential for emotional resilience.
