XPress 2 XSEL and Lost and Found: The Luke 15 Initiative Group Therapy for Teens and Adults who have trauma symptoms related to grief or have since had religious trauma from their church ("Church Hurt"), loved ones, or just felt disconnected from the faith due to the impact of their trauma symptoms or trauma triggers due to losing a loved one. This closed group is a safe way to support each other, connect, and learn ways to build spiritual wellness in order to decrease or eliminate trauma symptoms experienced.
